James Diaz, know as Jesus Justice, is the President, Founder, CEO, and the face of Pirate Farms, a pioneering cannabis business based in New York. With a deep passion for cannabis and a relentless drive for innovation and social change, and has positioned Pirate Farms at the forefront of the regulated cannabis industry.
James is deeply involved in every aspect of Pirate Farms, from overseeing strain development and sustainability initiatives to branding, marketing, technology, cultivation, and distribution. His commitment to social equity, justice, and patients shapes the company's decision-making. Jesus Justice draws a clear line in the sand, protecting patients and equity applicants, ensuring equal opportunities, and removing barriers for those historically marginalized by the war on drugs. He advocates for safe and accessible cannabis products that meet the specific needs of patients while actively promoting the values of equity, inclusivity, and social responsibility throughout the organization.
James actively engages in advocacy and community outreach initiatives to promote education and social change surrounding cannabis. Recognizing the valuable contributions of breeders and cultivators, Our President aims to credit and reward their expertise. By implementing NFTs for royalties, Pirate Farms acknowledges the dedication and innovation of these individuals, fostering excellence within the industry. Moreover, He aims to create a new financial market by developing strains as digital assets (NFTs), allowing connoisseurs to participate in their development, trade digital assets representing strains, and receive royalties from sales. In addition to his work with Pirate Farms, James has collaborated with AUCCs (Adult Use Conditional Cultivation) Island Grow Co. (@NYCannafarm) and Newbridge Farms (@Frostybudfarms), through a unique mutual mentorship experience. He has been mentored by AUCCs in the field of agriculture, gaining valuable insights and knowledge about sustainable farming practices and the agricultural industry. In turn, Jesus has shared his expertise in culture and community-building, enriching the AUCCs with his understanding of social equity and inclusivity within the cannabis space. This mutually beneficial relationship has fostered growth, innovation, and collaboration, benefiting both Pirate Farms and the AUCCs.
James's commitment to social change extends beyond his work with Pirate Farms. Having run for the Office of Cannabis Management before appointments were made by the state, James Diaz aimed to serve as a liaison for legacy brands like Pirate Farms, facilitating their integration into the legal market. Through sharing his knowledge and experiences, James aspires to leave a lasting legacy in the cannabis industry, ensuring that the contributions of legacy brands are recognized and valued.

Angelo Castelli, known as the King of Greens, holds the positions of Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.), and Head of Distribution at Pirate Farms. With over 25 years of experience in agriculture in the Hunts Point Product Market, Angelo has honed his skills in logistics, distribution, retail, sales, marketing, money management, and leadership and brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for excellence to his role.
From a young age, Angelo's deep appreciation for plants and cultivation was fostered by his family of botanists. He further developed a passion for cannabis cultivation under the guidance of his aunt and uncle, esteemed pioneers as licensed medical cannabis cultivators in California.
At Pirate Farms, Angelo seamlessly integrates his expertise in various areas to optimize operations and ensure the efficient delivery of top-quality cannabis products. As the Vice President of Operations, C.O.O., and Head of Distribution, he leads the design and implementation of a robust distribution Market, ensuring seamless and efficient product delivery. Angelo's extensive knowledge in supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution strategies allows Pirate Farms to reach customers with ease, delivering the highest quality cannabis products.
Angelo's commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction drives continuous improvement within Pirate Farms.
